Personal Training

Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and health achieve significantly better results when using a trainer. A personal trainer can guide you, motivate you, and educate you. Trainers provide accountability and discipline. A good trainer will also make sure that you don't damage your body when exercising. It is important to note that there is a right way and wrong way to use exercises. Don't risk harming your body; let's get you training and moving smartly.

My program includes:

  • Initial evaluation and assessment of muscle imbalances and weaknesses
  • Body fat and circumference measurements before and after you complete a cycle of sessions with me
  • Workout program customized for you and documented

Fitness Assessment

A part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness and helps accurately measure progress. My fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to reach accurate results. (This usually takes one hour and counts as one session)


The Fitness Assessment measures:


  • Body fat
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Physical endurance
  • Muscle strength
  • Blood pressure
  • Posture analysis
  • Movement evaluation

Visualization & Meditation

Upon request, I will take you through a guided visualization to help you focus your energies on attaining optimum success in your training goals. These sessions are done as a stand-alone session on a different scheduled day other than a regular workout session time and at my home (or yours) to provide a quiet space and fewer distractions. 

Nutrition &Lifestyle Coaching

Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating to help you achieve your optimum health by implementing a plan that best suits your needs in a comprehensive and manageable process. Remember, this is a lifestyle, NOT a diet! I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine strength training, flexibility training, functional training, cardiovascular training, and nutrition to help you attain optimum results.

(All session packages are prepaid. Monthly payment is an option)

12 x 55-minute Sessions Package - $.2220.00
24 x 55-minute Sessions Package - $ 4440..00

             10% Discount for 24 sessions package if paid in full - ($ 3996.00 if Paid in Full)

 6 x 55-minute Sessions Package (Available only after 12 initial sessions have been completed) - $ 1110.00

* Sessions are 55 minutes to allow for cleaning between sessions.


Training is exclusively at DIAKADI FITNESS - https://www.diakadi.life There is a separate  FEE  of $47 monthly for gym access as long as you’re working with a trainer. It’s not a contract so you can cancel any time!

 **Packages are non-refundable and are encouraged to be used within three months of purchase. Please, bear in mind that you are investing in your health and your future and you are worth every dollar and every ounce of sweat that you put into your coaching sessions!
