A part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness and helps accurately measure progress. My fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to reach accurate results. (This usually takes one hour and counts as one session)

Upon request, I will take you through a guided visualization to help you focus your energies on attaining optimum success in your training goals. These sessions are done as a stand-alone session on a different scheduled day other than a regular workout session time and at my home (or yours) to provide a quiet space and fewer distractions.
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating to help you achieve your optimum health by implementing a plan that best suits your needs in a comprehensive and manageable process. Remember, this is a lifestyle, NOT a diet! I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine strength training, flexibility training, functional training, cardiovascular training, and nutrition to help you attain optimum results.

* Sessions are 55 minutes to allow for cleaning between sessions.
